About

Demi Amane was born in Barranquilla, Colombia where he first fell in love with urban music. Even at an early age, he wouldn't think twice about getting up and improvising dance moves to some music. Once in the United States, Demi got a taste of an urban sound that was completely new to him: reggaeton! He began to indulge in music from Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, and Wisin y Yandel.
In the early 2000s, Demi stumbled upon TI's "Big Thangs Poppin'" music video. Finally, Demi had been exposed to Hip Hop, and at that moment Demi knew he wanted to be a rapper. At age 11, he wrote his first rap song with pencil and paper, and soon after, he began recording full-length conceptual mixtapes which he would distribute at to his friends in high school.
Demi continued to write songs and improve his writing ability on a daily basis, but he also wanted to make his own beats as well as mix and master his own work. In 2024 he enrolled at the Los Angeles Film School where he gained hands on experience in Logic Pro, Ableton Live as well as Pro Tools. He developed skills in mixing and mastering, and even learned the basics of the business and legal side of the music industry. In 2026, he graduated from the Los Angeles Film School with a degree in music production and has since become a one-man army writing, producing, recording, mixing, and registering his original work.
